Whitbread’s London Uxbridge Town Centre Premier Inn is looking for a Kitchen Team Member to support breakfast and dinner service as part of a collaborative hotel team.
The role offers 20 contracted hours per week at up to £13.56 per hour. No prior hotel experience is required, and full training will be provided to help you learn and grow within Premier Inn.
We're currently recruiting in our London Uxbridge Town Centre Premier Inn. Working 20 hours per week, paying up to £13.56 per hour.
This Isn’t Just About Cooking.
You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals that become part of someone’s stay at Premier Inn because a good meal can make a great stay even better.
One minute you could be preparing breakfast before guests wake up. The next you’ll be helping the team through a busy dinner service.
If you enjoy working as part of a team and seeing the results of your work straight away, this could be the role for you.
Pay: Up to £13.56 per hour
Contract: Fix term contract– we don’t do zero-hours contracts.
Hours: 20 contracted hours per week.
Location: Colham House, Bakers Road, London, UB8 1RG
Shifts: Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.
As a Kitchen Team Member you’ll help make sure every guest gets a meal they’ll enjoy. You’ll:
This isn't a role where you’ll spend your shift hidden in the back washing up.
You’ll be part of a team that’s working together to deliver the meals our guests rely on.
Some of our best Kitchen Team Members joined us from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses and customer service jobs.
If you’re willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.
This could be your first kitchen job or you may have worked in hospitality before.
What matters most is that you're reliable, enjoy working with others and don’t mind rolling your sleeves up when things get busy.
Here you’ll learn far more than how to cook.
You’ll build kitchen skills, food safety knowledge and confidence working in a team.
Some people stay because they love the team. Others use the experience to move into other parts of Premier Inn. However far you want to go, we’ll help you get there.
We believe that everyone is unique and there should be no barriers to entry and no limits to ambition. We are committed to being an inclusive organisation that values diversity and welcomes your application whatever your background or situation.
