Job summary

Premier Inn Frome is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to run the kitchen daily, manage rotas, place orders and lead the team through busy services. You’ll work closely with the Hotel Manager, owning food quality and hygiene across the operation, and you’ll be on a path to future Head Chef roles.

You’ll oversee stock, costs and service during shifts, ensuring menus are prepared to spec and that health and safety records are up to date.

Kitchen Team Leader – Frome – Premier Inn

Working closely with your Hotel Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the kitchen – from food quality to hygiene. PAY RATE:

Up to £14.31 per hour

HOURS:

35 hours per week
