Whitbread Cannock is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader at Premier Inn Cannock (Orbital). You’ll run the kitchen day to day, manage rotas, place food orders and lead the team through busy services while upholding brand standards.

You’ll work closely with the Hotel Manager, own food costing and stock control, ensure health and hygiene is audit‑ready, and guide colleagues to develop their skills toward future senior roles in the Whitbread kitchen network.

Competenze

• Experience in kitchen leadership or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to manage rostering and food orders.

Kitchen Team Leader – Cannock (Orbital) Premier Inn

Join our team at Premier Inn Cannock (Orbital) as a Kitchen Team Leader and move your Chef career forward. You'll run the kitchen day to day - managing rotas, placing food orders, leading the team through busy services, and keeping everything audit-ready. Working closely with your Hotel Manager, you'll take full ownership of the kitchen - from food quality to hygiene. It's a hands-on leadership role that’s perfect for anyone ready to build the skills to become a Head Chef.

PAY RATE:

Up to £14.31 per hour

HOURS:

30 hours per week

LOCATION:

Eastern Way, Cannock, Staffordshire, WS11 8XR

A conditional sale of the hotel has been agreed and this role may be in scope to TUPE transfer to a new employer
