Whitbread PLC's Birmingham City Centre Premier Inn is recruiting for a Kitchen Team Leader. You’ll run the kitchen day to day, manage rotas, place food orders and lead the team through busy services, keeping everything audit-ready.

Working with the Hotel Manager, you’ll own the kitchen from food quality to hygiene in a hands-on leadership role that builds skills toward Head Chef. The position is 35 hours per week with pay up to £14.31 per hour in Birmingham.
