The Exciting Opportunity

We opened the first 5-star Hotel in Liverpool, The Municipal Hotel & Spa MGallery, in May 2023. Our goal is to create memorable moments and unique stories for our guests, blending historic charm with modern luxury. The hotel features 179 rooms, diverse dining options, bars, and a spa sanctuary, all set in an inspiring landmark with the iconic clock tower.

A Day in the Life of a Kitchen Porter

Reporting to the Executive Chef, your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out cleaning tasks efficiently to support the food and beverage service, including crockery, utensils, and equipment preparation.
• Maintaining cleanliness of food preparation areas and storage, adhering to Food Hygiene standards.
• Unloading deliveries and ensuring proper storage of products.
• Organizing storerooms and bin rooms.
• Supporting sustainability initiatives through correct waste disposal.
• Working variable shifts and hours.
