Job summary

Andras Hotels in Belfast, Northern Ireland, is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support our busy kitchen at Crowne Plaza Hotel. You will wash dishes, manage plate and pot wash, and help maintain hygienic standards while supporting chefs and other departments to deliver high-quality service.

This full-time role offers 40 hours per week, a structured development path through the Andras Academy, and a range of employee benefits designed to reward commitment in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Good communication and listening skills are required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and in a team.
• Ability to follow instruction and work across departments.

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry and store crockery, cutlery and glassware.
• Operate plate wash and pot wash machines and perform daily maintenance.
• Clean the kitchen to high hygiene standards and manage waste.
• Assist in cleaning front and back of house when required.
• Accept deliveries and store goods per health and safety rules.
• Attend training courses and follow SOPs.
