Kitchen Manager - Manchester Trafford Centre West - Premier Inn

Salary: £36,500 - £41,250

As Kitchen Manager for Premier Inn, you will be responsible for our Thyme Restaurant to ensure the daily success and smooth operation of the restaurant. Your role involves creating a winning team and delivering excellent service to our guests.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting the Hotel Manager in recruiting, onboarding, and training new Kitchen team members.
  2. Demonstrating leadership through a hands-on approach and effective communication, including engaging and motivating the team via pre-shift briefs.
  3. Managing stock control and food margins.
  4. Overseeing NSF, EHO, and Health and Safety audits to high standards.
  5. Ensuring compliance with brand standards and specifications.
  6. Driving high performance through staff development and regular one-to-one meetings.
  7. Maintaining attention to detail and thriving in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  8. Exhibiting passion for the brand and ensuring team members are knowledgeable and confident.
  9. Collaborating with the Restaurant General Manager and supporting back of house operations.
