Overview

At Whittlebury Park we are looking for a dedicated supervisor to join our busy Housekeeping Department. Nestled in hundreds of acres of ancient parkland, Whittlebury offers an award-winning 254-bedroom four-star hotel, conference, and training centre. We have award winning facilities including a 3 AA Rosette restaurant and a luxurious spa.

Salary: Up to £29432.00 per annum

What you will do

As the ideal candidate you will have the ability to work under pressure and have a positive, flexible attitude. You will also have a minimum of 2 years experience in hotel housekeeping.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will:

• Be responsible for allocating room attendants work lists each day to ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the department.
• Conduct daily inspection of all guests’ rooms ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness including scheduling and supervising deep cleaning rotas.
• Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance procedures/ requirements of equipment.
• Assist Executive Housekeeper with ordering supplies, rotas, discussing individual training needs within the department implementing coaching and training.
