Job summary

Holiday Inn High Wycombe is seeking a friendly, passionate receptionist to set the tone for every guest’s stay. You will greet guests, answer questions about hotel services, facilities and the local area, and be the face of our hotel to those using our restaurants, bars and meeting spaces.

We offer full training and welcome candidates with or without branded-hotel experience. The role operates 7 days a week with flexible shifts; interviews will discuss specific hours and contracted pattern.

Qualifications

• Must have natural hospitality charm and a passion for service.
• Experience in a branded hotel environment is preferred but not essential.
• Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and set a warm, welcoming tone at check-in.
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities and the local area.
• Act as the face of the hotel to guests using restaurants, bars and meeting rooms.
