The Job:

As the Food and Beverage Operations Manager for this property, you will be very much in the public domain, ensuring excellent customer service throughout this busy hotel. You will contribute to the daily customer experience, learn, and develop your skills in all areas of customer service within a Food & Beverage remit. Your duties will be varied, and as Hotel Food and Beverage Operations Manager, you will be expected to deliver the highest service standards within an award-winning hotel operation.
