Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience of plumbing, electrics and decorating.
• Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulation.
• Ability to prioritise workload efficiently and work under pressure.
• Able to work within a team and on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Completing all maintenance-related work within the hotel in a timely fashion.
• Reactive and planned preventative work to maintain standards.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to minimise guest disruption.
• Support property audits and record benchmarking data such as meter readings.
