Paramount Personnel are recruiting for an experienced Hotel F+B Manager for our client, a luxury boutique Hotel in the Truro area. We are seeking a passionate and experienced F+B Manager to lead and inspire the food and beverage team, ideally someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, and is comfortable overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage offerings for the Hotel.

Hotel F+B Manager responsibilities;

  • Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of all F+B outlets.
  • Maintain high standards of service, quality and cleanliness.
  • Manage budgets, inventory and labour costs effectively.
  • Develop and implement innovative F+B promotions.
  • Hire, train and managing staff.

The ideal F+B manager will be proficient with food and beverage cost control and inventory management, with excellent organisational and time management skills. Someone with strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and a proven background from a Hotel setting would be advantageous.
