Job summary

St Martins Lane by Morgans Original is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to support the Engineering Manager, lead a team of engineers and technicians, and ensure all hotel systems run smoothly.

You will oversee daily maintenance, respond to guest and operational issues with a calm, can‑do attitude, and uphold safety and sustainability standards, with acting‑manager duties when required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel or high‑end property maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge and problem‑solving skills.
• Calm, proactive mindset under pressure.
• Collaborative team player with delivery focus.
• Relevant trade qualifications or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day maintenance operations across the hotel.
• Lead and motivate a team of engineers and technicians.
• Respond swiftly to guest and operational issues with a calm, can‑do attitude.
• Ensure HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and BMS systems operate at peak performance.
• Support sustainability initiatives and safety compliance.
• Step up as acting manager when needed.
