St Martins Lane, a Morgans Originals hotel, part of LGH Hotels Management, is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to oversee all hotel maintenance and lead a skilled team, ensuring our heartbeat never falters.

You’ll tackle HVAC, plumbing, electrical and BMS challenges with a proactive mindset, maintain peak performance, support sustainability and safety, and help deliver memorable experiences in Covent Garden.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or high-end property maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive mindset and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across the hotel.
• Lead and motivate a team of engineers and technicians.
• Respond swiftly to guest and operational issues with a calm, can-do attitude.
• Ensure all systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, BMS) perform at peak levels.
• Support sustainability initiatives and safety compliance.
