Whitbread PLC is seeking a Duty Manager for Premier Inn in Perth, Scotland. This role involves leading hotel shifts, coaching the team, and ensuring smooth operation across departments. You’ll engage with guests, resolve issues, and support reception, housekeeping and restaurant teams.
No prior hotel experience is required, and you’ll receive full training to progress toward a Hotel Manager role. The position offers a fixed-term contract ending 28 January 2027, with 24 guaranteed hours per week

You'll spend your shift helping guests, leading your team and keeping the hotel running smoothly.
One moment you might be helping reception with a guest query. The next, you could be supporting housekeeping, checking rooms, helping during a busy breakfast service or briefing the team before the next rush.
