Duty Manager - Premier Inn Cardiff City Centre (Stadium)

If you’ve got experience in retail or other jobs where you have successfully led people before, then this role is perfect as your next step in management. We’re looking for a dedicated professional who knows how to deliver outstanding customer experience and has the skills to inspire others.

What you’ll do

Join our team at Premier Inn Cardiff City Centre (Stadium) as a Duty Manager, where your proven leadership skills will be put to use managing a reliable, high-performing team that ensures the smooth running of our hotel. If you’ve led a team in a retail environment, you’ll use your experience, excellent communication, and organisational skills to manage everything from health & safety standards to creating an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

Experience in leading people in a customer-facing environment (retail or equivalent) and the ability to deliver an outstanding guest experience. Strong communication and organisational skills, with a focus on safety and service excellence.

Pay, Contract & Hours

PAY RATE: Up to £13.36 per hour (day shift)

CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent – we don’t do zero hours contracts!

HOURS: 24 hours a week

LOCATION: Premier Inn Cardiff City Centre (Stadium) – Cardiff
