The ideal candidate will focus on operational standards, improve guest care, maintain profitability, and develop a motivated team. This role may suit an Assistant General Manager or Operations Manager looking to advance in hotel management. You should value service, have an eye for detail, and enjoy teamwork.

The ideal Deputy General Manager will have:

  • Experience as Manager, Operations Manager, Deputy General Manager, or Restaurant Manager.
  • At least two years of experience at 1AA Rosette level is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with success in team building and development.
  • Analytical skills, especially in creating systems and processes, and the ability to break down tasks systematically.
