Hotel Chef – Ayr A77 / Racecourse Premier Inn

Join our team at Premier Inn in Ayr as a Hotel Chef and advance your culinary career.

You’ll manage the kitchen daily – overseeing rotas, food orders, leading the team during busy services, and ensuring everything is audit-ready. Working closely with your Hotel Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the kitchen – from food quality to hygiene standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for those looking to develop into a Head Chef.

PAY RATE:

Up to £13.81 per hour

HOURS:

30 hours per week – guaranteed hours to plan your week ahead

LOCATION:

Wheatpark Place, Ayr, Ayrshire KA8 9RT
