You’ll
Manage the kitchen daily – overseeing rotas, food orders, leading busy service teams, and maintaining audit standards. Collaborate closely with your Hotel Manager to ensure food quality and hygiene standards are met. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for those aspiring to become Head Chefs.
PAY RATE:
Up to £13.81 per hour
HOURS:
37.5 hours per week – guaranteed hours for planning your schedule

• Oversee food ordering, stock control, and food cost management for the hotel
• Lead during service – organizing the team, managing workflow, and ensuring smooth operations

• Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards – training the team and keeping records up to date
• Step up when needed – running shifts and supporting new team members
