The Role:

A fabulous Boutique hotel situated in the South Downs Countryside between Seaford and Eastbourne is looking to recruit a Chef de Partie to join their brigade. The restaurant offers a superb choice of fresh, locally sourced dishes served daily. The company also provides excellent career development opportunities. The hotel is located in a stunning area with a unique atmosphere.

The role includes accommodation, but due to the remote location, own transport is highly desirable.

What you need to be successful in the Chef role (East Sussex/Kent border):
  • Experienced Chef de Partie having worked in a high-quality establishment.
  • Experience with strict Health and Hygiene regimes.
  • Experience in ordering and menu pricing.
  • Ability to develop staff and pass on knowledge and skills.
  • A passion and love for food.
  • Enthusiasm for the hospitality and leisure industry.
What you need to get the Chef job:
  • Experience at Chef de Partie level, ideally at least 1 Rosette standard.
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 1, 2, and 3 or equivalent.
  • Passionate about food.
  • Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to elevate operations.
