Chef de Partie - £30,000 - £31,000 - Eastbourne - Live In Available

The Role:
A fabulous Boutique hotel situated in the South Downs Countryside between Seaford and Eastbourne and they are looking to recruit a Chef de Partie to help join their brigade. The restaurant boasts a superb choice of fresh, locally sourced dishes served daily. This company also offers excellent career opportunities to develop and progress. The hotel is based in a stunning location with a unique twist.
The role does come with accommodation but due to remote location own transport is highly desirable.

What you need to be successful in the Chef role (East Sussex/Kent border):

* Experienced Chef de Partie level having worked in a high quality establishment.
* Experience of working with strict Health and Hygiene regimes
* Experience of ordering and menu pricing.
* Developing staff and passing on knowledge and skills
* Must have a passion and love for food.
* An enthusiasm for the role and for the hospitality and leisure industry in general.

What you need to get the Chef job
