Job summary

Hotel Du Vin Cambridge is seeking a full-time Bar and Bistro Manager to oversee the Bar, Bistro and Meetings operations. You will coach a hands-on team to deliver the highest standards while achieving budgeted targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience running a branded restaurant operation.
• Currently in a hotel restaurant/bar manager role or seeking more responsibility.

• Responsible for the smooth running of the Bar, Bistro and Meetings Operation.
• Hands-on operator coaching and supporting your team to deliver the highest standards while ensuring budgeted targets and KPIs are hit.
