The Job:

As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will primarily ensure the quality and standards of food and beverage service are consistently maintained. You will motivate and develop staff to meet the hotel guests’ expectations. This role involves attention to detail in delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding guest experiences. You will work closely with the management team to continually review and improve service quality. Computer literacy is preferred, with training available for systems such as Rota’s and PO systems.

The Person:

Our client seeks a candidate with a hotel background or experience in similar operations such as restaurants, bars, venues, or contract catering. The ideal candidate will have a strong presence, attention to detail, professionalism, and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere.
