About our Team
RX Global is a leading events company that specializes in organizing market-leading Travel Portfolio events such as IBTM, ILTM, WTM & ATM. Our objective is to connect high-value industry professionals with industry exhibitors to create productive and positive business connections. The Buyer Team recruits high-value Meeting, Event, Conference, and Incentive (MICE) organisers and Luxury Travel Advisors to attend our events, ensuring they have a productive experience, and become positive event promoters.
About the Role
As a Hosted Buyer Account Executive, you will identify high-value individual and group buyers for RX Global's Travel Portfolio events. Your focus will be on ensuring buyer quality, contributing to the value proposition, and meeting recruitment targets. Travel to and attendance at the events will be required.
This position is hybrid requiring 2 days/ week in the office.
Responsibilities
Supporting the development and delivery of the Hosted Buyer Programme recruitment strategy for each event.
Performing administrative and event management duties to support the Hosted Buyer Programme.
Developing a research and recruitment plan to meet personal recruitment targets.
Supporting Hosted Buyer Account Managers in managing group and individual buyer relationships.
Ensuring regular communication with buyers and delivering assigned recruitment targets.
Contributing to growing the buyer database and maintaining accurate industry contacts.
Managing incoming buyer inquiries and feedback for seamless program delivery.
Requirements
Have experience at the account executive level or similar.
Have experience working in large-scale, dynamic environments.
Be familiar with the Meeting Incentive, Conference, and Events / Luxury Travel space.
Be proficient in using sales intelligence software, CRM systems, and database tools.
Possess analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
Be able to meet and exceed targets.
