Overview

As a Host/Hostess, you will greet and welcome customers, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities
  • Capable of handling different bookings at the same time, manage guests' reservations, and ensure they receive a welcoming experience.
  • Escort guests to their tables and provide information about the cocktail menu; share recommendations as appropriate.
  • Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide information to guests over the phone.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the entryway, waiting area, and restrooms.
  • Assist in opening and closing duties, including setting up the host stand and organizing reservation books.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with guests in a polite and engaging manner.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle a high volume of guests during busy times.
  • Positive and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Problem-solving skills to handle guest inquiries and address any issues that may arise.
