Job purpose:

The Host role is a pivotal position as the face of Bruntwood. You will be the first point of contact and work closely with our clients/tenants. It's important to be approachable and enjoy speaking to people while building relationships. We prefer applicants from hospitality, retail, or cabin crew backgrounds, where these skills are natural.

What will you be doing?

  1. Delivering a positive Customer Experience within the building
  2. Building lasting, long-term, professional relationships with customers
  3. Being the first point of contact for all customers and visitors
  4. Supporting and facilitating events and meetings
  5. Supporting customer viewings to aid sales
  6. Hosting meeting rooms, co-working spaces, lounges, and other amenities, maintaining high standards
  7. Managing workload to balance desk tasks and customer relationships
  8. Collecting customer intelligence and updating systems
  9. Engaging with colleagues, management, and other departments
  10. Promoting wellbeing in the workplace
  11. Focusing on continuous improvement to add value and simplify customer experience
  12. Applying energy, drive, and knowledge to inspire colleagues and deliver excellent service
