The great outdoors is at your doorstep, perfect for adventure and exploration. While the summer months can be busy, they encourage a great work/life balance. The lodge operates from March to October and then transitions to exclusive-use bookings over winter, giving the team four months of slower-paced work. During these months, the main responsibility is to check in guests and ensure turnovers between stays, allowing for extended time off and a well-balanced lifestyle.
