About The Job

An opportunity has arisen for a host to join the Chinoiserie in Jumeirah Carlton Tower. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Provide exceptional quality service to guests in a quick and efficient manner in line with hotel and brand standards.
• Be naturally welcoming and engaging, and comfortable in your ability to multi-task, prioritise and remain calm under pressure.
• Greet guests and create an exceptional and memorable experience.
• Anticipate guest’s needs and provide them with a personalised, crafted experience.

ABOUT YOU

• Ideally you would have previous hospitality experience with the ability to engage and connect with a wide range of guests from different backgrounds.
• Have an open and approachable manner and thrive on interacting with people.
• Have great communication skills, a sense of humour and a welcoming smile.
• An understanding of what it takes to provide outstanding levels of guest service.
• An eye for detail and be immaculately presented.
