The Hoxton, Shoreditch – our first hotel – is located in a former car park and has evolved into a key part of the East London scene. Shoreditch is one of London's most vibrant areas, and our hotel features 210 bedrooms, the Apartment, and two in-house restaurants – Hoxton Grill and Llama Inn.
Llama Inn offers a modern take on Peruvian cuisine, with a menu including ceviche, small plates, sharing dishes, natural wines, and cocktails at our rooftop restaurant in Shoreditch.
Job Description
What you'll do...
- Provide a welcoming and memorable experience for guests, including greeting them and assisting with questions and requests.
- Take reservations via phone, handle payments, and support the team on the floor when needed.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer solutions to exceed expectations.
Qualifications

- Experience in a busy Front of House role with a genuine care for guest experience.
- A personality that values authenticity and individuality.
- Passion for hospitality, whether related to drinks, food, events, or accommodation.
