Contract: Temporary engagement

Location: Within three miles (15 minutes), easy access to The Nigel Doughty Academy, Nottingham, NG2 7SR

Working Arrangements: Opportunities to host on a full-time or part-time/ad-hoc basis

About the Role:

We are recruiting host families to provide accommodation for our Academy players, supporting them while living away from home. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on their experience and support their development as young people alongside their football careers.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Provide a homely and friendly environment for our young people
  • Support their development in independent living and self-care skills
  • Include them in family life as they feel comfortable
  • Provide access to a private bedroom, bathroom, laundry facilities, and communal areas
  • Prepare a nutritious evening meal
  • Report any welfare concerns to the Safeguarding and Welfare team
  • Allow access for regular inspections and visits from the Club throughout the season
  • Follow any additional requirements outlined during the application process, with guidance provided by the Club
