JOIN THE TEAM AT NELL’S. Nell’s is a hospitality brand with five sites across Greater Manchester and more on the way. We’re known for good vibes, great energy, and big pizza. We’re passionate about creating places full of happy faces—for guests and for our team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the heartbeat of the welcome – the first smile and the last goodbye, making sure guests feel at home from the moment they enter the door.
• Run the flow – manage bookings, walk-ins, and wait times with confidence. Keep things smooth and upbeat, even when it’s busy.
• Keep the house party vibe alive – upsell packages, highlight specials, and ensure every guest feels like they’re at the best party in town.
• Stay sharp – know the menu, specials, and allergen procedures to answer questions or guide guests.
• Be in sync – work with management and the reservations team to handle enquiries, large parties, and date nights, ensuring timely communication with guests.
• Look after the space – from the host stand to the lighting and menus, keep the venue looking and feeling top tier.
