About The Role - Restaurant Host Opportunity

At Lina Stores, we believe in Hospitality at Heart, and as a Restaurant Host, you will play a key role in upholding our values of Generosity, Empathy, and Community. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless dining experience through effective reservations management using SevenRooms.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing reservations and optimizing table seating using SevenRooms.
2. Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, creating an inviting atmosphere.
3. Maintaining an organized and efficient front-of-house operation.
4. Communicating effectively with the floor team to ensure smooth service.
5. Handling guest inquiries, special requests, and walk-ins with confidence.
6. Upholding Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards at all times.

Ideal Candidate - Who We’re Looking For

1. Passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
2. A natural people person with strong communication skills.
3. Previous experience using SevenRooms or similar reservation systems.
4. Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
