Job summary

Simmons Bars seeks a dedicated Simmons Host to welcome guests and support management in delivering exceptional service across our London venues.

You will greet guests warmly, assist with inquiries, ensure tables are clean and ready, report no-shows, and complete requests from managers to maximise guest satisfaction and sales.

Qualifications

• Providing all guests with a warm and professional welcome during the checking-in process.
• Assisting with all guest enquiries.
• Ensuring tables are properly clean and set up prior to their booking arrivals.
• Managing and reporting any no shows to the management team and ensure we maximise sales where possible.
• Complete all reasonable requests from line managers.

Who We Are

About You

As a Simmons Host, you will play a key role in assisting the management team in ensuring that all guests start off with the best experience from the moment they approach our venue.
