Job summary

Simmons Bar in London is seeking a Bartender to elevate the party experience for guests. No prior bartending experience is required as training will be provided within six weeks. You will help prepare cocktails, ensure top-notch service, and contribute to a vibrant venue culture.

Join a bar group known for late-night experiences and a playful, eclectic vibe across multiple London locations. The role includes on-site work, tips, and opportunities to grow with internal promotions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve Simmons cocktails and beverages to spec (recipes).
• Following Simmons' Steps of Service to ensure a positive guest experience for everyone who comes on.
• Contribute to the lively and vibrant atmosphere of our bars.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient operation, including stock handling, collecting and washing glasses.
• Maintaining clean and safe environment for everyone in the venue.
• Processing correct payments on the tills.
• Demonstrate The Simmons Way, every single day.

About you:

As a Bartender, you'll play a key role in elevating the party experience for our guests and making sure they come back time and time again! Previous bartending experience isn't necessary, we will train you and get you up to scratch within 6 weeks.
