NoMad London is seeking a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to join our dining room team. The host is the brand ambassador, welcoming every guest and reflecting our core values with warmth and efficiency.

Ideal candidates will have experience as a hostess or restaurant receptionist in fast-paced, high-calibre environments. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for training and progression.

Qualifications

• Experience as hostess/host or restaurant receptionist in a fast-paced, high-calibre restaurant.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to create a memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage seating with courtesy.
• Represent NoMad London as brand ambassador at all times.
• Assist guests with inquiries and coordinate with dining room team.

THE ROLE - HOST/HOSTESS

We are looking for friendly and professional hostess/host to join our dining room team! Our host team is essentially our brand ambassador, always reflecting our core values and going above and beyond to welcome every single guest into the restaurant. The hostess/host is someone who has a natural ease with guests, is passionate about hospitality and willing to create a memorable experience to each and every guest.

Ideal candidate must experience working as hostess/host or restaurant receptionist from a fast-pace and high-calibre restaurant.

Expectations:

The Host is expected to:

• Be professional at all the times
• Be a positive ambassador of The NoMad throughout
  your professional career with us.
• Always adhere to company policies and procedures,
  including but not exclusive of; H&S policies, HR policies; employee
  handbook.
• To role model The NoMad values, and bringing them
  to life through each and every interaction.
