About the role

Sytner Nottingham is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Receptionist/Host to join our Welcome team!

As a Sytner Host, you will share your passion for our brand daily and immerse customers in the world of BMW.

Your responsibilities include welcoming customers, directing them to the appropriate department, offering refreshments, managing incoming calls, and connecting callers promptly. Our Receptionists/Hosts work flexible full- and part-time shifts, including weekends, to ensure excellent customer service.

About You

In a busy environment, you should be able to manage customer interactions professionally. Customer service experience is essential. You should be proactive, well-organised, and a clear communicator. Knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous.

You will be the first point of contact on the phone, so a warm and cheerful voice is essential. You will also help create a personalized experience for showroom visitors, anticipating their needs and providing excellent service.

We seek someone proactive in communication, innovative, and able to use their initiative to delight customers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are important.
