We are seeking a team of hospitality specialists to bring our vision to life.

About the Role

The role will be essential to ensuring that each customer has a pleasant journey when they visit our restaurants and that seating and covers are maximised.

  • Take and make reservations liaising regularly with the head host and reservations team to ensure all customer bookings are accurate and clear.
  • Maximise covers through reservations and walk-ins, organising yourself efficiently, accommodating walk-ins without fear in taking risks, and using a waitlist where needed.
  • Seat guests according to the table plan, locate a table of the right size for the guests, accompany them to the table, and provide menus.
  • Work with the head host and the management team to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and day-to-day service.
About You

You are an excellent communicator and customer service–focused, enjoying greeting customers in a warm and friendly manner, remaining attentive throughout their visit, and providing customers with prompt and efficient service.

You are cool, calm, collected even in pressurised situations and able to think on your feet. You are also reliable and work well in a team, being a good listener and supporting others.
