The Job

To be successful in the role as a Host you will need to:

  • Provide an amazing experience to our customers.
  • Be fun, enthusiastic and have lots of energy.
  • Have great communication skills with a positive attitude.
  • Be able to work as part of a team, delivering consistent customer service with an attention to detail even when under pressure.
  • Have excellent organisational skills.
  • Be confident and professional when liaising with customers and staff at all times.
  • Use your initiative, bringing new and creative ideas to how we do things.
