Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare and commercial settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with various heating systems and controls.
• Willingness to obtain qualifications like Asbestos awareness.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and servicing of heating systems.
• Respond quickly to heating-related emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance via job reporting.
• Work closely with staff during system upgrades.

Skills

Proven experience as a heating engineer

Strong knowledge of heating systems

Excellent problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently

Education

NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent
