The Tivoli Cambridge is seeking friendly Team Members for our busy front-of-house team. This part-time position covers evenings and weekends, offering a lively, varied shift pattern across multiple bars, a restaurant, events and more.

You'll learn bar and table service, build confidence, and enjoy a supportive team environment with opportunities to develop new hospitality skills. Full training and development are provided, plus staff meals on shift and generous team discounts across Young's pubs

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming guests with a friendly smile and helping create a great first impression.
• Learning and delivering both bar and table service to a high standard.
• Preparing and serving drinks, from pouring the perfect pint to making cocktails.
• Taking food and drink orders and ensuring guests have everything they need.
• Working across different areas of the venue, including our bars, restaurant spaces and events.
• Keeping your working areas clean, organised and ready for service.
• Working closely with the wider team to deliver smooth, efficient and memorable service.
• Getting involved in the buzz of our busy events and entertainment spaces.
• Learning new skills and building your confidence across all areas of the business.
