Job description

We are currently looking for a full-time Hospitality Team Member to join our team working 40 hours per week. We seek enthusiastic and dynamic candidates with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a flexible attitude towards changing priorities and procedures, including shifts/rotas.

This role involves working in the casino bar and restaurant. Ideally, candidates should have previous experience in a similar position.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Ensuring an exceptional standard of customer care, adhering to all company procedures, processes, health & safety, and hygiene regulations.
  2. Being an effective team player contributing to continuous business improvement.
  3. Operating tills and handling cash.
  4. Waiting tables and clearing cutlery and glasses, ensuring all items are washed, cleaned, and stored correctly.
  5. Proactively identifying food and beverage requirements.
  6. Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in all casino areas.
