Are you a bubbly personality with a passion for customer service? Would you like to work in a fun, fast-paced industry?

We are recruiting hospitality team members to join Genting Casinos. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in our bars and restaurants, following company procedures, processes, and health and safety and hygiene regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring high standards of customer care while adhering to all company procedures, health and safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Being an effective team player who contributes to business improvement.
  • Handling till operations and cash transactions.
  • Preparing and serving food and drinks with high presentation standards.
  • Clearing tables and ensuring cleanliness and proper storage of items.
  • Working flexibly across various shifts, including nights and weekends.
