Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a Hospitality Support Assistant to support our Taste Restaurants.

The role of Hospitality Support Assistant will include:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Hospitality team and internal/external stakeholders, managing and screening phone calls and emails professionally.
  • Coordinate and manage diaries, schedule meetings, and attend them as needed, ensuring timely and accurate information sharing.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Hospitality team, maintaining organized records and filing systems.
  • Collate, type, and distribute team communications and documentation, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Maintain and update databases and filing systems to support efficient team operations.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, including the creation of reports, presentations, and briefs.
  • Use design software to format and input content for menus, posters, and other visual materials created by the team.
  • Support project management activities by tracking deadlines, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely task completion.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives that align with the Group’s values and strategic objectives.

Skills and experiences:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer service role.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide effective and professional administrative support.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail.
