Job summary

Zizzi Ristorante is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor or Shift Leader to join our management team in the United Kingdom. You will oversee critical sections like the bar, food pass, or hosting during our busiest peak shifts, and run the restaurant during quieter periods.

You’ll lead hands-on, caring about people and standards, stepping up to guide the team and ensure seamless service with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Run the restaurant during quieter periods, ensuring smooth and safe operations.
• Lead from the front during peak rushes with ownership of the Pass, Bar, or Floor to keep service seamless.
• Step in to resolve guest issues on the floor with a feel-good solution.
• Motivate and coach the Front of House team to grow skills and deliver standout hospitality.
• Care about dish presentation, restaurant standards, and details that make a standout occasion.

• Experience in a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or leisure environment, ready for leadership responsibilities.
• A confident, hands-on communicator who brings massive energy and a lead-by-example attitude to every shift.
• A structured thinker who can organise a floor section but thinks on their feet when things get buzzing.
• Reliable and ready to guide and support the team during our peak times, including evenings and weekends.

About your role:
