Job summary

Zizzi Ristorante in Chester is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor or Shift Leader to support leadership during peak shifts, manage key areas such as the bar and food pass, and run the restaurant during quieter periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front during peak rushes, with full ownership of the Pass, Bar, or Floor to keep service seamless.
• Step in to resolve any guest issues on the floor with a feel-good solution.
• Motivate and coach the Front of House team to help them grow their skills and deliver standout, feel-good hospitality.
• Care about picture-perfect dish presentation, restaurant standards and the details that make a standout occasion.
• Keep our restaurants safe, clean, and welcoming for your team and guests.

About your role:
