Job Description

Your key responsibilities as the Hospitality Supervisor will include:

  1. Proactively managing the team, assisting in recruitment, and providing ongoing support, training, and development.
  2. Ensuring effective team communication, building internal relationships, management reporting, and client liaison to support operational excellence.
  3. Keeping the team updated on product and service knowledge.
  4. Managing and supporting compliance with COSHH, Health & Safety, Hygiene, and Food Safety regulations, and reporting incidents as per procedures.
  5. Maintaining, ordering, and controlling food stocks within budget.
