About the role
As a Partner on our service counters, you'll have the opportunity to demonstrate your knowledge and passion for food, ensuring it is ethically sourced and recommending recipes to customers. You'll bring our ethos - passionate Partners serving food lovers - to life.
You will use your enthusiasm and friendliness to build lasting relationships with customers, positively influencing their impression of the Waitrose brand and fostering loyalty. Additionally, you'll help maximize sales and profit.
Due to working time regulations, applicants must be 18 years or over to apply.
In addition to the pay stated, a shift premium will be paid for hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00, at the pay range minimum rate for your role.
