We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, inclusive, and collaborative Hospitality Sous Chef to join our team and lead, together with the Head Chef, a team of 6 within a brand new space in Shoreditch. The ideal candidate must possess extensive expertise in the hospitality department, with a creative flair for designing exceptional buffet lunches, canapés, and fine dining experiences that meet the highest standards.
