As our Food and Beverage Manager, you will have full management responsibility for the restaurants, bar, in-room dining, conference & banqueting, and special events. This is a hands-on role where your focus will be on leading your team to deliver exceptional guest hospitality experiences, managing the F&B budget, rotas, stock control, and sales.
You should be a natural leader, able to give direction to a team of food & beverage experts passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. Being a people person, you will thrive in taking ownership of their ongoing development.

Set within 17 acres of grounds, it offers 95 bedrooms, including family suites, and serves as a wedding venue for up to 400 guests.
