The Opportunity

Providing great hospitality is at the heart of all our hotels, and our hospitality managers always deliver. The food and beverage operation is a vital component of our hotels and contributes to the overall hotel commercial plan.

As our Food and Beverage Manager, you will have full management responsibility for the restaurants, bar, in-room dining, conference & banqueting, and special events. This is a hands-on role where your focus will be on leading your team to deliver exceptional guest hospitality experiences, managing the F&B budget, rotas, stock control, and sales.

You should be a natural leader, able to give direction to a team of food & beverage experts passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. Being a people person, you will thrive in taking ownership of their ongoing development.

• Strong operational knowledge of F&B and commercial awareness.

Located just 10 minutes from Hull city centre, with views over the Humber estuary and iconic bridge, the award-winning Hull Humber View Hotel is part of the Signature Collection By Best Western. Set within 17 acres of grounds, it offers 95 bedrooms, including family suites, and serves as a wedding venue for up to 400 guests. The hotel features five meeting rooms, a fitness suite, and a helipad for helicopter access.
