Key Responsibilities

  1. Support project management, scheduling, and accounting activities.
  2. Maintain project directories, track document delivery, and update project information.
  3. Coordinate meetings, manage agendas, track action items, and ensure proper communication.
  4. Assist with staffing, resource planning, and project tracking using internal software.
  5. Perform desktop publishing for reports, presentations, and project documents.

Skills Required

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. 5+ years of experience in the architecture industry.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
  4. Knowledge of Adobe InDesign for creating and editing presentations.
  5. Familiarity with Vision, ERP software, and Salesforce.
  6. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  8. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
